I was craving pho and I found this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. Many of the reviews raved about the Pho Filet so I had to try it out. Who doesn't love filet mignon? The broth was tasty and the meat was good. The bowl was a bit smaller as you can see on the length of the standard napkin in the picture. Service was decent, but who goes to a pho place for service? The restaurant is a bit smaller, but I went at a time when it was not as busy. I would come back and try the other menu items when I am back in the area!
This place is tucked into deep Mira Mesa. Perfect for locals but if you're looking for fresh flat noodles with savory broth this is the place to be. The spring rolls are fresh with delicious peanut sauce that's it watered down. The egg rolls are good but are all the smaller side of portions compared to others. The pho bowls look small but packed with noodlea and protein. And the kids bowls can sbe split between 2 kids. Service was blah. I ordered a hot tea but they forgot but were kind enough to not acknowledge and not charge.
No wait. Easy ordering. Delicious pho broth. The $1+ for fresh flat noodles is worth it. The kids pho bowl can serve 2 kids. If you live pho then this place is the spot. Just cautioun no TVs here like other places.
I came here for the first time during lunch time on a Sunday. I was immediately seated and provided fruit infused ice cold water. Everything looked clean. I ordered the bbq chicken spring rolls and the filet mignon pho with fresh noodles. The food came out quickly. The spring rolls were large with a lot of fresh ingredients. One of the best spring rolls I've ever had. The pho tasted fresh as well and the broth was flavorful.
$12 for a bowl of pho, count me in! The meat is delicious and tender... and plentiful. Absolutely delicious. You'll get served within 5 minutes of ordering. One time, my husband and I sat down and finished our dinner within 10 minutes. Straight good and quick service. It's clean and fairly modern as far as pho places go. It could use stronger ac but it's good
